OVERVIEW
UX designer at Pantech Wireless, Inc, which is a South Korean company that manufactures mobile phones with partners in the United States, Japan, China, and Europe.
I facilitated usability testing sessions for evaluating new features and functions before launching it on the market. And also, she oversaw the delivery of a UX conceptual video for marketing purpose, wireframing for a new product model and even developed a tablet UX patent for the company.

Unearthed UX concept keywords, draw a general framework for Pantech UX taking it into consideration where the company is going in the future and proposed them to the relevant departments. Moreover, I produced a concept video introducing primary functions and concepts of the Pantech UX, surveyed business partners in North America, and explained the major features of the Pantech UX on the website.​​​​​​

Analysing competitors and examining mobile phones launched by other companies. Making use of the results in the analysis to create UX strategies for the company

CONCEPT UX VIDEO
I produced the concept video to introduce Pantech's future UX directions to North American partners including AT&T and Verizon as well as Japanese partners such as KDDI. It stresses the advantages and systematicity of the Pantech's UX to business partners abroad.

I regularly conducted usability assessments on newly developed or already existing functions to verify the usability of the services and to find insights through observation of users. Usability testing includes preparations before and after test such as planning assessments, choosing features that need verification and recruiting participants, making a scenario, and writing usability reports.
Total over 20 usability testing reports was released and based on the report UIs were developed
