ME at PWC iOS App designed for PwC Singapore office phone that helps PwC Singapore staff to find and book a meeting room and to use diverse internal services from remote location

BACKGROUND

​

With supplied iPhone 6S in PwC Singapore as a work phone, demands for the iOS app of ME at PwC increased. 

Although people could use Web App version ME at PwC, it has a limitation as a Web and it couldn't make people satisfied due to speed and no push notification etc.,

 

The aim of this project was that make a iOS application for ME at PwC by making a full use of smartphone features. At the same time improve ME at PwC's usability from feedbacks that gained from PwC SG staffs

 

PROBLEM & CHALLENGE

With provided iphone, people used ME at PwC web app service that installed on the smartphone homescreen. Due to this, people are considered it as if it is an App, Although web has limitations to perform perfectly on the smartphone.

The key factor for designing ME at PwC iOS app is to provide consist user experience from Web app service at the same time improving usability and adapt new features of only smartphones have such as common user behaviour and push notifications. 

MY ROLE

As a UX designer, i defined new features that make full of use of smartphone's benefits, improve usability based on user feedbacks.

USER SEGMENTATION

CONTENT INVENTORY

Total 6 Line of service in PwC Singapore.

Define all positions in each department and mapping with each feature for make average usage rate depending on each feature.

 

I created content inventory for each feature to understand contents list that we need to prepare for development and to manage dependency to communicate with relevant department and business owner preventing business risks

It allows PwC SG staff to browse possible perks and redeem vouchers, And also recognise other staff by sending them credits to encourage and appreciate them
